St. George's Dining Room
The Radisson, by far, offers the best daily lunch buffet every weekday in the St. George's Dining Room, featuring a variety of specials every day. Weekends feature special buffets:
- Friday Nights: Italian Buffet
- Saturday Nights: Mexican Buffet with live music
- Sunday 11:30a.m. to 2:30 p.m.: Sunday Brunch with live music
- Sunday Nights: Seafood Buffet with live music
The St. George's Dining Room is noted for its variety of delicious dishes, from fresh local seafood to appetizing Belizean specials.
The dining room is open for Breakfast daily from 6:30 am to 10:00 am. Lunch is offered from 11:30 am to 2:00 pm, and dinner is from 6:00 pm to 10:00 pm.
Baymen's Tavern
Friday's Happy Hour at our New Open Air Deck is a great way to start the weekend. Enjoy discounted drinks and delicious snacks with each round while popular Caribbean and international music livens the atmosphere. Experience Crazy Hour at Baymen's Tavern Fridays from 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm. The Bar is open every day from 10:00 am to 11:00 pm Sunday, Monday and Wednesday, and open until midnight Thursday, Friday & Saturday.
Stonegrill Restaurant
Try our poolside Stonegrill Restaurant for a unique and healthy dining experience, which allows diners' meals to be served cooking at the table on super-heated natural volcanic stones. This concept uses no added fats or oils, searing the food without burning, and locking in the full flavor and tenderness of all foods.
Le Petit Café
Baked snacks, fresh salads, sandwiches, natural fruit juices, hot and cold beverages, and other light menu items are offered at Le Petit Café. Sit on our open-air patio with a friend and enjoy fine pastries and local baked snacks from the Radisson bakery.

If dining in the comfort of your room is your choice, our room service menu offers a wide selection of items to choose from.

Other facilities at the Radisson include a full service marina with dive shop, two swimming pools, gift shop, business center and fitness center.

THE MARINA
The Radisson Fort George Marina provides all docking services from water and electricity, to fuel and lubricants. It allows vessels convenient access to the city and provides an excellent opportunity for our hotel guests to experience the barrier reef and its beautiful islands.
The marina can accommodate vessels up to 250 feet in length and a draft of up to 8 feet. Radio communication with the marina is possible at any time on channel 68. Island hopping, diving, fishing, snorkeling, and charters---We do it all!!
