Hosts President Ma Jing - Jeou of the Republic of China (Taiwan)

On May 27th & 28th, 2009 Radisson Fort George Hotel & Marina was honored to host President Ma Jing - Jeou and his entourage for their visit to Belize. President Jing-Jeou was warmly greeted by the General Manager of the Radisson, Mr. James Scott, on his arrival to the hotel.
On May 28th the Radisson provided a formal, white glove service for the State Dinner hosted at the House of Culture offered in President Jing-Jeou's honor. In attendance at this VIP Event were over 140 distinguished guests accompanying President Jing-Jeou & First Lady Mrs. Chou Mei-Ching and Belize's Prime Minister, Honorable Dean Barrow & First Lady Mrs. Kim Barrow. The Sales & Catering Department worked together hand in hand with all their exceptional planning and preparation to ensure that everything was just perfect for the dinner. It shows that team work is truly rewarding.
An exquisite four course dinner, prepared by Chef Delvo and her team of professionals, was served by our banqueting team. Comments of great satisfaction were passed by many guests at the closing of the event.
